- Developing multidisciplinary teams, including hiring, team development and matrix management across departments.

I provide guidance and clarity to organisations managing the legal and ethical issues that shape access to digital collections. My experience covers rights assessment, licensing, access policy and the practical workflows needed to provide access responsibly.
I also work as an associate consultant with Naomi Korn Associates. They provide expert advice and training to the GLAM sector and beyond in copyright and data protection.
This includes
- Advising on the risks and practicalities of assessing copyright, clearing rights and managing licensing across a broad range of material types and situations.
- Advising on user rights, including copyright exceptions and limitations to copyright.
- Developing open access models, policies and processes.
